A small team, on purpose.

We keep Cooperate Service small so that projects don't pass through account managers before reaching the person actually writing the code — fewer people to loop in, faster answers when something needs a decision.

how_we_operate()

How we work with clients

Cooperate Service works with clients fully remotely, across time zones, without an office visit ever being necessary. Most projects start as a conversation about a real problem — a system that's outgrown its current setup, a product that needs building from scratch, or infrastructure nobody's had time to properly own.

We take on a small number of projects at a time rather than spreading a large team thin across many. That means saying no to work that isn't a good fit, and it means the people who scope your project in the first call are the same people who write the code and manage the servers it runs on.

A first call is usually 20–30 minutes: what you're trying to build, what's already in place (if anything), and what "done" looks like for the first milestone. If it turns out we're not the right fit — wrong stage, wrong budget, wrong specialty — we'll tell you on that call instead of stringing out a sales process neither of us needs.

Direct access

You talk to the engineer working on your project, not a go-between.

Full-stack coverage

Software, servers, and infrastructure handled by one team, not three vendors.

Scope before billing

You see a written scope and estimate before any billable work begins.

Support after launch

A defined support window is part of the engagement, not an upsell afterward.

how_we_adapt()

We shape the engagement around what you need

There's no fixed package here. A few ways we adjust depending on the project:

01

Team size flexes with the work

One engineer part-time to keep something running, or a small squad full-time to ship something big — we size the team to the project, not the other way around.

02

Whatever engagement model works for you

Fixed price for well-defined work, time-and-materials for anything that will evolve, or an ongoing retainer for ongoing support. We'll structure it around how you want to work, not how we'd prefer to bill.

03

Greenfield or existing codebase, either way

Blank slate, half-finished project, or a system nobody's touched in years — we'll work within what's already there instead of insisting on a rebuild you don't need.
